Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

For custom printing orders, production time may take 3–7 business days, depending on the order size.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.

Order Confirmation

To prevent fake orders:

  • Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone

  • Orders without confirmation may be cancelled

Refused Orders

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from future COD purchases.

Partial Advance (for printing orders)

For custom printing orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.
